I'm writing this letter just to inform the reasons that we cancel your job so that you might not think we are too rude to do so.
First of all I would like to say sorry that things turn out like this. It's not my intention at all. Reason is I thought we had made clear appointment to be on Wednesday which you and I have agreed. But it seems that, for reason unknown, you or your girlfriend I'm not sure wanted me to make it one day earlier which was impossible as you knew that I was in BKK that day. Problem is the way she spoke to me was so bossy and I felt uncomfortable to work with. You should understand that it's impossible for us to go back to Chiang Mai and then back to BKK again just to see you. If I said I would finish it on Wednesday, then I was sure I could. So no need to push me at all.
I'm not blaming anyone for this, but want to make it clear that we did not cancel because we are irresponsible or cannot manage time. But it's because we felt unhappy with the way she spoke and treated us. and that makes me feel sad to work. Sorry for the inconvenience.
